Ward · iPhone
You can delete everything Ward holds about you. It takes one tap in the app, and it is immediate.
Ward → Profile (person icon, top right) → Delete account
There is no form to fill in, no reason to give, and no waiting period. Deletion removes:
Write to ward@sheriff.com.ua from the email address you used with Ward, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm the request, delete the data, and reply within 30 days — usually far sooner.
If you never added an email address, tell us the approximate date you installed Ward and we will help identify the account.
It does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions belong to your Apple Account, not to us. Cancel separately: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ward. Deleting the account while a subscription is still running will keep charging you.
It does not remove you from breach databases. Ward reads published breach records; it does not own them. Deleting your Ward account stops us from checking your address — it cannot recall data that other companies have already lost.
If you used Sign in with Apple and then signed out, deleting from the app removes what is on this phone and the anonymous session behind it — but anything stored under your Apple Account remains until you sign back in and delete from there. The app tells you this before you confirm. If you would rather we did it for you, write to us.
Removing Ward from your iPhone stops it running, but does not delete data held on our servers. Please use one of the two routes above.
